Do the Following to Enable these Options:
- In your browser, create a new tab.
- In that browser, access Gmail.
- View all configurations by going to cog.png Options > Settings > All Settings.
- Select the POP/IMAP/Forwarding tab.
- Toggle the Allow POP for all mail radio boxes in the POP Download tab.
- Select Permit IMAP from the IMAP Authorization drop-down menu.
- Confirm your modifications by using the Save button.
- Sharp Spring will start the synchronization procedure when you've activated POP and IMAP configurations.
